So You Can has developed curriculum for instructing youth and adults in the disciplines of sewing garment construction and fashion design. We believe this is a practical avenue for the socio-economic development of youth, families and their communities.

The apparel industry and Fashion Design is the second largest industry in the world. This industry is vast and complicated industry with many diverse job and career choices. Many disadvantaged youth do not know these opportunities exist and do not have the tools to compete.

What We Believe
Sewing and garment construction is viable and we believe much needed vocation especially suited for the current economic difficulties. Skills fostered by sewing, garment construction and fashion design foster craftsmanship, independence and critical thinking.
